Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with what you buy from us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return it as per the policy stipulated below.
We offer a return policy of 14 days in the event of a defect.
Please complete the Return Application Form, which will be emailed to you upon request, with relevant order number clearly written, for your return request to be started. Also clearly state the reason for your return request. You are also required to provide photographic proof of the problem, to afford us the chance to access the problem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require the receipt from your local post office which shows the date you received the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original tags still attached. Failure on any of the above, could result in a return request being refused.
Please do not send your purchase back without the necessary return approval and the correct return address (which will be provided to you).
Please ensure you include the return form, photos, and any other relevant information in your return package.
Ordering of the correct size of shoe is your responsibility, and you should take care when placing your order. Please check the size specifications as well as the Size Chart available on the site before placing your order.
Each case will be considered as unique, and we may decide to refund your purchase depending on the circumstances.
Receiving the wrong color of shoes may be due to various reasons. We have no control over how your monitor reflect the color of the shoes. Care should also be taken to ensure that you order and specify the color that you want.
Please contact us, if you believe you received the wrong color shoes, each case are considered separately.
If you refuse to receive a delivery of any undamaged product, you will be responsible for any shipping charges related to the return of this product to us.
We will not refund any shipping charges if the acceptance of a product is refused by you for any reason.
Please take note that you are responsible for any import taxes and customs duties, and it does not form part of the delivery charges or the cost of the product.
Products will be thoroughly checked when returned. Refund approval may be refused for any of these reasons:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that was worn, as evident from a perfume smell, indentation, or any aspect we deem important.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, a refund request will not be entertained. We can return the item to you at your own cost in these situations. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective or not the ordered product we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Simply return the unwanted item to us for processing first and you can then place a new order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, complete the Return Application Form. After approval, a return address will be provided to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the product is damaged or lost during the return process, you are responsible for all costs involved. In this instance, you should contact the company who shipped the product to recover the loss or damage. Please consider obtaining a tracking/tracing number, to ensure the product is received by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
